Orders placed through us will require an adult signature upon delivery. Please do not order if cannot accommodate this requirement.
PieceMaker limits purchase of its product via its Website to individuals that are 21 years of age. You warrant and agree that you are 21 years of age. It is your responsibility to check and understand the local laws in your jurisdiction regarding the legal purchasing age in order to purchase from or access our Website. PieceMaker does not warrant or guarantee that compliance with these Terms of Service will be sufficient to comply with your obligations under applicable laws where you reside or where you use the Website.

Our products are not intended for use by persons under legal smoking age or under 21, nonsmokers, women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or persons with or at risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or taking medicine for depression or asthma.
Our products do not treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, physical ailment, or condition. Keep out of the reach of children and pets as certain pieces can present a choking hazard.
The products sold on this site are not approved by the American FDA.

Proper Use
Our products are comprised of food-grade, platinum-cured silicone elastomer, the very same material used in commercial bakeware for decades. This material is rated to slightly above ~500°F/260°C.
- Make sure that you always use the included stainless steel bowl (if applicable) and do not overfill it.
- Apply a “lazy” red flame from a Bic or Clipper-type lighter (never a blue flame torch) directly to your combustible material*.
- Within a few seconds, you should be able to enjoy your smoke.
Product use is the same for any glass, wood, corncob, fruit, metal, or silicone piece.
*Applying high heat and/or open flame over an extended period is misuse of the product. Damaged pieces should not be used.
Refund Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept return of our items.
If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please reach out to us at eu@PieceMakerGear.com within 30 days of purchase. We will need photos and a record of sale from PieceMakerGear.com to process a replacement.
If you did not purchase your item directly from us, please follow up directly with that store and note that you will be assisted according to their individual store policies which may differ from ours.
Privacy Policy
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Orders
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we’ll use this information to contact you. Orders are typically shipped out within 3 business days. Once picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
